The Battery Tender BTL24A480CW is a smart lithium engine starting battery, ideal for motorcycles ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft, snowmobiles and scooters. Battery Tender lithium batteries are up to 80% lighter than equivalent lead acid batteries, 5 times the life of lead acid batteries (~2000 cycles) and have an 18-month shelf life. The BTL24A480CW is equipped with a built-in battery management system and circuit protection module that protects the battery from common issues that can lead to damage. The BMS and PCM monitor and optimize the battery preventing overcharging, over discharging, temperature protection and self discharging (non-active mode).
