Visit Remy Battery at the Wisconsin State Fair Park for the annual World of Wheels from February 25-27. We are bringing our 1966 Ford F-100 project truck and we can't wait! This is Milwaukee's largest indoor custom car show, which features some of the best custom cars, trucks and bikes in the region. February 18 is National Battery Day
February 18th is National Battery Day this year. To the battery industry, the month of February is when we focus on being responsible in recycling. While this is something we do ourselves every month of the year; we want to remind people that spring cleaning is around the corner and a great time to get a head start on cleaning out junk drawers and recycling old batteries. Through conscious effort, the lead battery market boasts over a 99% recycling rate, and we would love to see that high of a percentage expand across all battery chemistries.
